This special 2-3 hour experience is designed to let go of expectations, release tension, turn off the body’s stress response, and restore body, mind and spirit to a peaceful and healthy state. Done mostly lying down, restorative yoga can be considered the dessert of yoga. Using a variety of props, the body is supported and held in very comfortable yoga poses to help body and mind let go and relax!
Expect to be guided through a series of feel-good restorative yoga poses that use props (such as: blankets, bolsters, straps, blocks, etc.) to support your body in and allow tight muscles to release and the nervous system to relax. Enhance your experience with Thai Yoga Massage, nourishing your entire being, leaving you feeling fantastically refreshed, relaxed, and nurtured. Receive massage by practitioners Sandy and Natasha while resting in “no effort” yoga poses designed to be held long enough for deep relaxation.
From this deeply peaceful state of being, you will be guided in meditation and reflection with journaling prompts, leaving you prepared to positively experience this holiday season!
