Take some time to restore, renew and heal using powerful and intentional sound waves. During this Warrior One Yoga SUP Experience, you will be aligned in nature, while listening to the relaxing sounds of perfect pitch, empyrean crystal & alchemy singing bowls, Himalayans singing bowls and chimes, Koshi bells, and more… all while physically floating on a high quality Earth River Paddleboard! Using these powerful, high-frequency, healing vibrations assists in moving energy, releasing blocks and refreshing your body, mind & spirit. In partnership with Jessie Hill, sound healer and acupuncturist, expect a land paddle lesson, short paddle and anchor in for a sound healing experience on water!

Celebrate Halloween with a water hike as a witch on a paddleboard. Grab a witch hat and cape or simply come in costume. Hats and costumes will be offered. This experience includes a land and water lesson, along with SUP Progression instruction.. This experience will be a paddle hike to an island destination, anchor in for tricks & treats! Fun music, pictures and lots of laughs! This experience includes Earth River Stand Up Paddleboard and all equipment or Bring Your Own (choose BYOB option)!

Learn how to paddle with safety, efficiency and confidence! Learn basic paddling strokes, used to take you to beautiful tranquil waters for a unique and one of a kind yoga experience. Experience a yoga class designed for the paddleboard! From beginner to advanced, expect a blend of poses that are accessible to all~ even to those who have never practiced yoga! SUP Yoga in Bretton Woods Pool

Are you interested in learning SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) but you're afraid of falling into the Potomac River? Do you need to build up the courage and confidence to take SUP to the River? This class is for you! Learn safety, along with step by step instruction on how to stand up and basic stroke technique. Yoga designed for the paddleboard is included. Build confidence on land and then practice in the Bretton Woods swimming pool where falling is encouraged! This experience is a perfect stepping stone to SUP on the river and Sunset SUP. No yoga or paddleboard experience required!
