This is an all levels class, personalized to your needs. It is held outdoors or indoors, weather permitting in Bretton WoodsClubhouse or outdoor patio. BYOP- Bring your own props: yoga mat, towel or blanket, strap, and 2 blocks if you have them. Some props will be provided.
