I just wanted to tell you how helpful todays class was… It is great when you go back over some of the details of poses. The longer I do this the more I realize how much there is to learn. But a day like today is very rewarding because I found myself able to focus on the details as opposed to a year ago when it was just about getting into a position without much thought…it was just keeping up. So THANK YOU FOR THE GIFT OF YOGA WITH THE DETAILS. Most instructors just tell you the position and then move to the next one. You are truly one of a kind.

I just wanted to let you know how much better my knee feels now after your class this morning. The combination of Thai massage, stretches and legs against the wall really helped. Yesterday, walking and moving on my knee became more and more painful throughout the day.
