My Gift to Me~ A Yoga & Massage Experience
Indulge yourself in relaxation with a deeply healing combination of restorative yoga and massage. This special 2 hour experience is designed to let go of expectations, release tension, turn off the body’s stress response, and restore body, mind and spirit to a peaceful and healthy state. Expect to be guided through a series of feel good restorative yoga poses that use blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks to allow tight muscles to release and the nervous system to relax.
Receive thai yoga massage by practitioners Sandy and Natasha while resting in “no effort” yoga poses designed to be held long enough for deep relaxation. From this deeply peaceful state of being, you will be guided in meditation, reflection and journaling prompts, leaving you rereshed, replenished and restored!
Space is intentionally limited to offer plenty of massage!
Held at Kharis Lavender Barn in a large cozy modern and welcoming barn surrounded by calming lavender. Lavender themed charcuterie & boutique shopping included.
