Outdoor Aerial Yoga Experience

Take your yoga practice to the air LITERALLY with OUTDOOR Aerial Yoga Experience!

Held outdoors under covered pavilion surrounded by beautiful scenery, this specialty and unique style of yoga uses a hammock to strengthen, support and suspend your body.   This is an introduction to Aerial Yoga and suitable for all levels. Learn how to use the hammock as a prop, explore various basic inversions, and  sample restorative aerial for deep relaxation~ all while enjoying scenic views and outdoor sensations.

​Class size is intentionally small allowing for personalized attention.  Held at the beautiful International Pavilion at Bretton Woods!

  • Take your yoga practice to the air with Aerial Yoga! This specialty and unique style of yoga uses hammocks to strengthen, support and suspend your body.  Open up energy lines and loosen fascia and connective tissue, while having FUN!  The hammock is used a tool to rock and sooth sore and tight muscles and minds.  Expect to release tension on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and strength.  Individual and small group classes are tailored to the level and style of yoga desired, making this suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. 
Held indoors at IM=X Pilates, open to air, space is LIMITED to only 8 at one time.​

Restorative Aerial Yoga Experience

Restorative aerial yoga combines the healing practices of restorative yoga and aerial yoga to feature a silk hammock that floats less than 10 inches off the ground. The lowered hammock acts as a prop and uses gravity to help release pressure from the body, while also providing a deep tissue massage. Using Thai massage and essential oils, expect to sink into deep relaxation. This calming practice offers numerous benefits—it soothes the nervous system while boosting immunity, encourages weight loss through reduction of cortisol levels, enhances flexibility, and is a perfect way to ward off any kind of stress.
