This is an all levels class, personalized to your needs. It is held outdoors or indoors, weather permitting in or around Bretton WoodsClubhouse. BYOP- Bring your own props: yoga mat, towel or blanket, strap, and 2 blocks if you have them. Some props will be provided.

Take your breath through an all levels unique and personalized 1 hour yoga class, ending with a final relaxation period or meditation immersed in lavender fields.
