Thai Yoga Body Work incorporates a blend of yoga-like stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic movement. It operates from the theory that energy flows through the body along "Sen Lines" or channels, and that stimulating or relaxing this energy-flow promotes the body's natural healing process in order to improve circulation, increase flexibility, relieve tense muscles, and  promote health and well-being. Thai body work complements any kind of exercise or activity and is recommended for anyone experiencing stiffness or soreness.
