SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga Experience

Take your practice from mat to board with this fast growing style of water sport! Learn basic paddling strokes, used to take you to beautiful tranquil waters for a unique and one of a kind yoga experience.  Immerse your practice in nature, while balancing body and mind through a yoga practice designed to fit your needs.  From beginner to advanced, expect a blend of poses that progress from basic to more challenging.  Improve your balance, strenthen muscles in a FUN way, and stretch your body and mind to what is possible.  In collaboration with Paddlestroke SUP, the area's premier standup paddleboarding outfitter in DMV area.
