After having had three children, I found myself out of shape, lacking in energy, and fighting with my body to lose weight. Years of group gym exercise led to a knee injury. Chronic self-judgment left me feeling tired, stressed and deficient. Turning to yoga for physical relief and exercise, I found more than physical healing from yoga. I found rejuvenation, increased energy, and a greater sense of gratitude and inner peace. Yoga helped me develop a kinder more accepting awareness of my body, resulting in a renewed and invigorated sense of who I am. My relationship with myself and others changed and I found I became a better wife, mother, and daughter. Transforming from the inside out, those closest to me took notice and encouraged me to teach. I believe yoga meets you where you are right now and can transform anyone from the inside out! I strongly believe yoga is best taught in small groups, allowing for ample individual attention. From beginner to advanced, expect personalized yoga instruction. Learn how to breath in a whole new way while moving through yoga poses that strengthen, open and create balance. Experience how yoga can nourish your mind, body and spirit. Be prepared to access your own intuition, feel cleansed, strengthened and motivated to become the best you can be….
